Below you will find links to sites I have created. In some cases, you will link to the actual site. In other cases you will link to a mockup of a site. Please remember that these sites are often created to the specifications of the of my clients, and they do not necessarily represent my tastes, or yours. More important, they accurately represent the tastes and needs of my clients.
The Indiana National Road Association. A site for a historic road.
Essential press. This is a site for publishers of orthodontic and dentistry text books and similar materials. When doing online stores I usually work with Kagi, an e-commerce company which has been there since the beginning.
Kantor and Wassink. A design firm in Grand Rapids. This is the entire site, but I love it! This is their concept and design, I webmaster the site.

For quite some time I was the designer and webmaster for the Grand Rapids Symphony. In my final year as the GRS webmaster the site looked like this.

A mockup of a site which I designed, but which for one reason or another was never finished. Most of the links don't work, but I am very pleased with the clean and creative look of the design. Understated and very much on-target with the subject matter.

A quick and fun site, this was designed in a single weekend for a company to use for only a few months while they learned to create and manage a site of their own creation. These are images only: Home Page, Example Page. They desired a site which was fun and gave a sense of freedom, which I accomplished by giving the design a sense of "flying off the page".

A site designed for a doomed local restaurant, and thus never finished. The site closely mimics the look of the restaurant itself, with the homepage resembling the difference between the day and night versions of their illuminated sign. A beautifully designed restaurant deserving of an excellent site. Because it was never finished, most of the links do not function properly, and there are a couple of minor visual glitches which I would have worked out had the site gone onto completion.
